**Your Role**
- Your new role will see you provide continuous support to the General Manager and other Engineering Consultants within the company. Your responsibilities will see you performing generalist administration, reception and personal assistant related tasks. You will be reporting to the General Manager and your main responsibility will be to proof read professional reports before they are delivered to clients. Other tasks also include:
- **Drive and manage case files, ensuring all work is completed in a timely fashion**:
- **Formatting of documents using Microsoft Word (advanced skill level required)**:
- **Inputting critical information in to a custom designed database**:
- **Making follow up calls to clients**:
- **Manning the Reception desks during breaks**:
- **GM Calendar and travel management**:
- **Prepare documentation, filing**
**About You**
- Your positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment will be key to your success. You will preferably have had experience working within the Legal, Accounting or Health Care sectors. However, more important will be your proven ability to prioritise and multi-task. You have extremely high attention to detail and can communicate clearly, both written and verbally. You enjoy a quiet environment enabling you to utilize your editing and reformatting skills, ensuring important documents read well and flow smoothly. You will also:

- **Look for potential improvements to systems and procedures and make recommendations**:
- **Be experienced in Microsoft Office suite**:

- **Be knowledgeable in marketing (highly desirable)**
