Your opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager People and Capability, as our new People Analyst (Performance & Reward), you’ll be responsible for providing human resources insights through people analytics to enhance the performance of the People function and organisation, helping us work smarter and more efficiency. Your focus will be both on reporting and people analytics and reward and benefits processes.

This role may be based in Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney/Greater Sydney.

The specifics

**In this newly created role, you will**:
Define, develop and maintain people performance metrics

Build and maintain a ‘People Dashboard’ which provides meaningful insights and visualisations on key people metrics such as attrition, attraction, engagement and diversity

Draw upon market data and information to benchmark performance and provide insights

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to plan and deliver the end to end annual reward cycle including: strategy, budgets, pay and progression reviews, remuneration reviews, incentives, training and providing recommendations on annual pay equity analysis

Support the development and execution of market performance and reward strategies and designs, including frameworks, policies and programs around remuneration, benefits, recognition, performance management and short-term and long-term incentives

Build and mature remuneration frameworks fit for the Australian market and conduct reward analysis to provide insights as required including market trends on salary and benefits

Provides advice to the talent acquisition team and leaders on salary bands, equity and market competitiveness

Conduct job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking for newly created roles

Collate and manage the internal positions descriptions repository

**As our ideal applicant, you’ll present with**:
Experience in reward (remuneration and benefits) and people analytics

Experience working with human resources metrics across complete the employee lifecycle

Experience using job evaluation tools/models

Structured thinking, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Strong numerical and analysis skills and advanced Excel skills

Whilst not essential, experience with Success Factors and/or qualifications in data analytics (or similar) will be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of our work, you'll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
