SERV are currently seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join their growing team. With strong manual testing experience, your skills and experience will include but not be limited to: - Successful completion of testing to ensure no defects are deployed to production systems following testing - Accepts responsibility for the creation of test cases and deliver testing to a high standard - Ensures traceability records and full test coverage, from test cases back to requirements to test new and amended software or services using agreed methods and standards - Reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases, and reviews test results, modifying tests if necessary - Maintain auditability and traceability in the nominated testing tool at all times (Azure Devops, HP ALM, Jira or similar) - Maintaining strong relationships with other test team members, business analysts and the development team - Certification including ISTQB or ITIL would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
