**Your New Role**:

- Collaborate with the team to gather functional and technical requirements for crafting a comprehensive Tableau CRM (TCRM) solution;
- Design, define, and construct TCRM data flows, datasets, recipes, lenses, and dashboard visualizations;
- Offer insightful interpretations of data, along with actionable recommendations
- Aid in TCRM data-mapping
- Document technical data, ETL, and Integration Architecture Design to provide input to the CRMA development team
- Deliver data quality reconciliations through service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and consistently deliver high-quality results, meeting expectations for both the internal team and our platform users.

**You will need**:

- Relevant Tertiary Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong Experience with Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Innovative thinker with a focus on outcomes.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills for complex business issues.
- Tableau CRM / Salesforce/CRM Experience highly regarded.
- It’s critical to have a baseline clearance for this role._
