Earlyhood Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate 2IC to join a family owned and run Centre in Kingsford.

You will also be required to lead the toddler room and supervise and manage staff to ensure they are providing a high quality of care to the children.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma recognised by ACECQA
- Experience working within a childcare Centre
- Ability to lead and mentor Educators
- Able to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Experience as a 2IC is essential for this role
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A can
- do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum.
- Able to passionately work within their philosophy.
