**Preschool on the Northern Beaches who are seeking an ECT and Diploma Educator - 4 vacant positions**. This exceeding service is looking to expand their team to start now or in the new year but now is your chance to apply. This Preschool is open to both full and part time applicants.

**To be considered for these roles, applicants must have the following**:

- Either an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Early Childcare
- Experience working within a childcare centre and/or preschool
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative, team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Has a love for a curriculum based on nature and, values the child as strong, capable and resilient
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
- Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Standards and Regulations
