**Position**: Educational and assistant director

**Location**: Hoxton Park, Sydney

Are you a passionate and experienced leader in the field of early childhood education? An exciting opportunity awaits you at our well-established, 30 place childcare centre in Hoxton Park. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as the educational leader/assistant director who will take on duties from the director from 1pm onwards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the centre.
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture among staff.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the centre's programs and services.
- Program plan and guide the curriculum program within the service as an educational leader.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma working towards ECT or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification.
- Must have current WWCC
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
