Reporting to the Lead People Partner this role is responsible for strategic execution of our people plan and processes as well contributing at an organisation level as responsible SME for a HR focus area. **What The Day Will Look Like**: - Partner with business leaders at all levels to successfully deliver our people strategy to support business growth objectives - Execute initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent including Aon’s Gender Equality strategies - Manage people risk and demonstrate challenger - thinking and initiative to "lift the bar" on HR practice and people outcomes. - Accountability for delivery of HR programs, initiatives and cyclical activities and supporting COE in delivering of People Organisation priorities - Use your strong stakeholder management skills to co-ordinate Aon's Graduate Program - Develop insights from data to diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions to improve productivity across the segment. - Partner with business leaders to drive positive change to improve employee engagement and support the execution of targeted solutions. - Play a leadership role in the design and execution of segment restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives and identify succession planning needs - Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results - Work cooperatively as part of the wider HR team, exchanging information and learning, assisting team members to achieve objectives and work outcomes. **How Is This Opportunity Different**: We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
