**People Partner**
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.

**What the day will look like**
- Partner with business leaders and their leadership teams to align and execute people strategy to support business growth objectives
- Execute strategies to attract, retain and develop talent including Aon’s Gender Equality strategies.
- Support and contribute to the development and delivery of HR programs, initiatives and cyclical activities.
- Program manage and leverage business resources to execute Graduate Program
- Utilise data to diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions to improve productivity across the segment.
- Partner with business leaders to drive positive change to improve employee engagement and support the execution of targeted solutions.
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of segment restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives and identify succession planning needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results;
- Work cooperatively as part of the wider HR team, exchanging information and learning, assisting team members to achieve objectives and work outcomes.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Relevant prior experience in a HR Business Partner / similar role
- Effective stakeholder, interpersonal and influencing skills
- High level oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures
- Experience delivering on key people cycles (Colleague Engagement, Talent Review, Performance & Remuneration Review);
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand, interpret and analyse data;
- Solid presentation skills and ability to drive discussions at senior level;
- Ability to execute segment level people strategy
- Project management and organisational skills
