This role is with a Utilities company with an excellent reputation who are on the precipice of an exciting transformation. They are now seeking a strategic People Partner who is experienced in delivering contemporary change management, people transformation, OD, culture and engagement to their client groups.

You will form part of a well-established P&C team, reporting into a highly collaborative and supportive leader. Partnering with senior stakeholders to make a significant impact as they move towards achieving greater performance outcomes for their people.

As part of collaborative human resources team your new role will be to provide commercially focused HR leadership that ensures effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services across some key client groups. You will partner with highly respected business leaders through counselling, advice and coaching to deliver the full generalist remit. You will be involved in a number of HR initiatives whilst managing and executing core HR programs across your client groups.

You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:

- Significant experience as a HR generalist in a commercial environment
- Experience working within complex, matrixed & contemporary environments
- Ability to build and leverage key relationships
- Ideally experience in partnering with Technology clients groups as well as experience within industrialised environments
- Strong experience withing change management, OD culture and engagement
- Confidence and well developed consulting and problem solving skills
- Highly developed senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing typical HR cycles
- Can do, proactive desire to provide exceptional service to your clients
