**Ozford Institute of Higher Education -Admissions & Administration Officer**
OIHE is a fully accredited Higher Education provider that offers undergraduate and postgraduate business degrees in Accounting, Management, Marketing, and Information Technology. It is affiliated with the Ozford Education Group (OEG), which provides English language, High School, and pathway courses.
The Institute places great emphasis on providing high-quality and modern education and is currently searching for a driven, enthusiastic, and resourceful Admissions & Administration Officer who has a proven track record in a similar position and is dedicated to enhancing the student experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately and consistently maintain student records across multiple systems. Ensure that all records are meticulously organized in a logical and easily accessible manner, allowing students, faculty, and staff to efficiently utilize them.
2. Present student records in a professional format. Be the the primary point of contact for all student inquiries and correspondence. Conduct student orientation sessions and provide accurate information and advice to students on course-related matters.Liaise with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders as required. offer compassionate and thoughtful student counseling and referral to external service providers when necessary.
3. Identify at-risk students, immediate intervention, and develop and implement effective action plans to assist them. In addition to these specialized tasks, general administrative duties such as data entry, mailing, and filing.
4. By collaborating closely with other administrative staff, coordinate various educational activities, ensuring that students are always informed and prepared for success.
5. Play a critical role in supporting the academic journey of our students, with the ability to exceed expectations with every task.
**Skill requirements**:
- Bachelor degree attained in Australia
- Three years experience in an administration role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced IT skills
- Ability to understand and interpret data at an advanced level
- Experience and passion in the provision of international student support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy workload
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team with initiative
- Ability to speak another language is highly regarded

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
