Regional Dispatch Coordinator

**Overview**:

- rhi are looking for a** Regional Dispatch Coordinator **for their plant and warehouse based North Fremantle in Western Australia.- On offer is an initial 6 month contract and an immediate start**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**
Sitting within this major energy client warehouse and manufacturing hub, you will manage non-delivered product, stock returns, courier & regional transport requests in conjunction with 3PL carriers and warehouses.- Ensure carrier has sufficient information to schedule deliveries including stock returns ensuring Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue principals and service level agreements are observed.- Proactively manage & maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.- Ensure all required paperwork and administration duties are completed in a timely & accurate manner that comply with current policy & procedures, HSSE, quality & environmental requirements**Day to day functions**:
- Arrange stock returns for non-delivered product and monitor customer-initiated stock returns ensuring KPI’s are met
- Identify any delivery inhibitors, incorrect delivery details or customer master detail to minimise customer impact
- Report any HSSE, Security, Environmental or Quality incidents as per current policy and procedures
- Provide lubricant customers & Sales quality outbound calls and action incoming calls providing a high level of efficient and proactive customer service
- Ensure trips are processed with correct delivery volumes to customers. Ensure trips generate correct carrier payments.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing, Global Supply Chain & carriers to resolve any critical customer requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Supply Chain and Logistics Management or similar - is desired

**Experience & You**:

- Will have at least 5 yrs of experience within logistics/dispatch and or transport industry is a must.
- Have ISO knowledge with a demonstrated focus on HSSE requirements and knowledge & compliance to policies & procedures.
- Understanding of COR and Fatigue Management is preferred
- Demonstrated Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue management knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment is desirable
- Demonstrated excellent organisation/time management skills
- Demonstrated capability in problem solving techniques
- JDE & SalesForce system experience is preferred
- Be available for 15% travel
