Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the exciting world of event rentals? Join **Monsterball Amusement & Hire**, a leading event rental business with offices in Perth, Darwin, Albany, and Broome.

We are currently seeking a **dedicated Equipment Hire Manager** to oversee and streamline our equipment hire processes across all branches. This role will be based in **Fremantle**, the heart of our operations.

At Monsterball Amusement & Hire, we specialize in providing memorable event experiences through our extensive range of inflatables and amusement equipment. With over 400 pieces of equipment available for hire, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, reliability, and fun

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Management**: Organize and maintain our inventory of 400+ pieces of hire equipment at the Perth branch.
- **Branch Coordination**: Oversee equipment hire processes across our Darwin, Albany, and Broome branches.
- **Logistics Support**: Ensure efficient transportation and logistics for equipment between branches.
- **Hiring Preparations**: Manage all aspects of hire preparations, including inspections, maintenance scheduling, and timely dispatch.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with branch managers and logistics staff to ensure seamless operations.

**About You**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the equipment hire sector.
- Proven experience in logistics or inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to oversee multiple teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the event rental industry is an advantage.
