**The Client**
Our client is a leading provider of emergency response services and emergency response & safety training. They operate multiple state-of-the-art training centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin.

**The Role**
Due to a change in direction / strategy, they have identified an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter Lead with demonstrated Emergency Services and / or medical recruitment experience or background to spearhead the businesses Recruitment Department to the next level. The role will be based in their Perth facility (SOR) with some travel from time to time.

This role will assist but not be limited to:

- Delivering on end-to-end recruitment activities for the business.
- Recruiting and managing talent pools to align with company growth targets
- Review and improve current Sourcing, Selection and Onboarding procedures to ensure best practice approach is being utilised
- Monitoring of talent pool levels to ensure they are suitably sourced to meet the businesses needs
- Providing market insights and advice to stakeholders on recruitment trends, salary levels, and industry developments

**About You**
To be considered for this role, we'd love for you to have the following:

- Previous recruitment experience in a standalone capacity.
- Experience with JobAdder (use and administration).
- Previous Emergency Services and / or medical recruitment experience or background (Strongly Desirable).
- Great stakeholder engagement
- Good written communication skills and capability to write attention grabbing advertisements.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with competing and priorities.
