**Your role**

As a School Support Staff Recruitment Lead, you will lead a team and be responsible for the planning, supervision and development of team members as well as driving the achievement of team objectives and reporting.

You will:

- Be a trusted partner to the School Support Staff Recruitment team on all things related to the recruitment designs and strategies
- Implement professional development initiatives for team members
- Maximise utilisation of people, system and technology resources to deliver effective customer service
- Foster a culture of excellence and build strategic partnerships
- Provide timely and evidence-based advice that informs business decision processes on people strategies
- Lead the overall service development and drive service excellence to enhance employee experience
- Foster collaboration and teamwork in a fun work environment

- You are a seasoned employment expert with previous experience recruiting for school support staff with a keen focus on continuous improvement
- You have a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders both internal and external
- You are confident in consulting and navigating multiple platforms in order to find integrated solutions that are responsive to school support staff recruitment needs
