**Vivid Skylights**, our sister company, designs premium double-glazed skylights for Australian conditions. Sold nationwide and installed locally, our products are trusted by builders and homeowners alike for performance, style, and durability.

Both companies are led by a driven director who is committed to innovation, excellence, and results.

**The Role**

As Personal, Admin & Sales Assistant, you will act as the right hand to the Director — ensuring their time, focus, and energy are spent only where it creates the highest value.

You will:

- **Command the Directors’ calendars** — proactively scheduling and prioritizing meetings, site visits, and critical actions.
- **Manage the inbox** — drafting responses, resolving issues, and ensuring nothing is missed.
- **Optimize business operations** — maintain CRM accuracy, track leads, and manage follow-ups to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- **Control meeting outcomes** — record, circulate, and follow up on action items.
- **Procure with precision** — order fixtures, fittings, and appliances for projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- **Support sales growth** — prepare estimates, process orders, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- **Enhance efficiency** — continuously seek and implement process improvements that save the Directors’ time and elevate team performance.

**About You**

You’re not just organized — you’re a high-performance operator who sees problems before they happen and fixes them before they escalate. You have:

- Minimum 4 years in senior administration, executive assistant, or sales support roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, and high-stakes communication.
- Experience with CRM systems and advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and authority.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you take ownership and make things happen.
- Experience in residential construction or related industries is highly regarded but not essential for the right performer.

**How We Measure Success**

Your impact will be assessed by:

- Reduced Director time spent on administration.
- CRM accuracy and timeliness.
- Sales support efficiency and client satisfaction ratings.
- The ability to anticipate needs and deliver ahead of schedule.
