**Content Marketing Specialist **at Hub Australia? Your canvas will span across the Customer Experience (CX), Product, and Marketing team, meticulously painting our brand's voice across multiple platforms. You'll not only bring our content strategy to life but also nurture and refine it, cementing our status as a premium Australian brand and industry leader.

With a profound understanding of content marketing and the buyer's journey, you'll expertly craft contextually relevant messages that ignite awareness and spur action. Each day brings a new adventure as you spearhead high-impact projects; from launching state-based Clubhouse campaigns to authoring thought-provoking articles, crafting persuasive website copy, and presenting data-rich industry insight reports.

As a natural collaborator, you'll synergise with our high-performing marketing team and external partners to create compelling content that speaks volumes and converts. **What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)**
- Collaborate with the National Brand & Communications Manager to develop and implement content strategies that enhance lead generation and sales conversion
- Refine content marketing assets including message matrices, tone of voice guidelines, and persona insights.
- Seek and manage relevant content partnerships and earned media campaigns.
- Elevate our content hub and social presence through evergreen and topical content creation.
- Generate creative content ideas for articles, podcasts, events, webinars, etc.
- Manage and optimise Hub’s content hub on our website, focusing on SEO.
- Develop persuasive sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, and billboards.
- Assist with the development of sales proposals and manage major revisions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistent tone, language, and terminology across all business communications.

**Do you have what it takes?**

**You should possess**:

- A degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a content marketing role.
- Extensive experience conducting interviews with a variety of internal stakeholders, members, partners, and industry experts.
- A strong inclination towards developing evidence-based thought-leadership content, including white papers and reports
- A strong background in content creation for property, real estate, lifestyle, or premium hospitality brands.
- A knack for repurposing content into cross-channel, end-to-end marketing campaigns.
