Company Description
We Are Unity works globally to help organisations realise their Purpose, by driving transformations that unite strategy, brand and culture. We work collaboratively with our client partners to articulate and embed their Purpose, Vision and Strategy across leadership, brand, EVP, customer experience and employee experience.
When you work with us, you’ll quickly find out how much we love a challenge. We’ll provoke you to explore ways of thinking, uncover your why and unlock potential that you’ve never imagined possible. It’s by helping you realise your purpose that we stay true to our own.
**Job Description**:
We Are Unity is looking for a Consulting Advisor with a keen interest in people and business to help our clients realise their purpose. With us, you’ll be managing high-profile client relationships from the early business development stage while also contributing to some of our longest-running partnerships. It’s the kind of role where every day reveals exciting new challenges and no two days are alike (but hey, that’s all in a day's work for you).
Perhaps you’re a seasoned Consultant / Account Director with knowledge in the field of transformation, culture, business strategy, communications, brand, or marketing. Or maybe you’ve recently worked as an in-house culture, communications, marketing, or transformation expert with previous experience in consulting. Whatever your background, you’re also a passionate, hungry, and confident individual who gets the kick from helping clients achieve their goals - and helping your colleagues to be as successful along the way.
Responsibilities include
- Grow existing client relationships and help design solutions that have real, measurable, commercial impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and other client stakeholders
- Build trusted external and internal relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively contribute to strengthening We Are Unity’s brand in the market
- Develop solutions with the wider Agency team to see your ideas come to life - having a very real impact on the lives of our clients’ employees
- Work collaboratively with others and deliver client outcomes through other team members
- Bring your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building the positive culture of our agency.
**Qualifications**:
- You’ll have 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Development or Account Management complemented by an open mind (as we don’t always play in the same space);
- A genuine interest and ideally experience in the fields of culture, business strategy, marketing, brand and most importantly - Transformation.
- Proven track record in business development and experience in consultative selling
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build strong relationships with anyone
- A storyteller at heart
- someone who loves to influence and engage with others
- Confident, hungry for achievements and unflappable in challenging situations
- A strategic thinker and a real problem solver - someone who knows what to ask and when.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to use and interpret data
- An experienced presenter and facilitator, including to a C-suite audience
- Resilient, calm under pressure and can operate well with ambiguity and change
- You thrive in a highly diverse environment and enjoy giving and receiving feedback
- You have curiosity about the world, business and people - ‘why’ is the word you use often (that’s why you’re always exploring new thinking and staying up to date with business trends)
