Rostering Analyst

**Your new company**

Your new company is a large construction company with a substantial workforce across ANZ currently undergoing a project to centralise rostering across the organisation looking for an experienced rostering analyst and workforce planner to join their project team on an initial contract of 12 months with a view to further extensions.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Working with the business to source existing rosters & understand roster requirements.
- Converting the existing rosters ready for loading into Kronos
- Work with business to understand skills and certificate requirements.
- Assistance with finalising required employee data and any mapping data.
- Review the Design documents to verify that the proposed solutions meet the Roster requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Experience with Demand Modelling, Rostering and Roster Optimisation
- Hands on use of Kronos for Demand Modelling, forecasting and setup of site-specific rosters.
- Have no working restrictions due to a visa
