**The Role**

As the Technical Analyst - Integrations, you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle into our customer base from initial implementations through to partnership success and product enhancements.

You will work with customers and partners in ensuring integrity of integrations and providing a problem-solving attitude to fixes between platforms before finally pushing into a test environment and delivering the integration into our client's architecture.

Moreover, using your strong consultative and effective communication skills, with the capacity to spot crucial improvement possibilities, you'll be working with the implementation and technology partners on our established procedures.

**Your Profile**

You will be a technology trained specialist or business analyst, with a background in product driven environments and who ideally has exposure to integrations into other platforms. Your communication skills will be top tier and you will enjoy being customer facing at times and understanding the true value that can be delivered. You must have basic technical skills and a problem solving mindset.
