**About the role**
As a Sales & Technical Product Support Supervisor reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of a tight-knit team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic alliances with national dealers and resellers in both OEM and aftermarket sectors.

**Duties**
- Cultivate robust customer relationships
- Devise and execute strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs
- Provide technical product support and training
- Coordinate and execute product launches
- Project manage contracts, ensuring optimal product positioning
- Implement methods for generating new business opportunities
- Expand and manage a client portfolio
- Assist the internal sales team
- Demonstrate strong skills in sales contract negotiation

**Skills and experience**
- **MUST HAVE** **Automotive industry experience, preferably in the heavy vehicle or plant equipment sector
- Technical product support experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding and knowledge of day-to-day business management
- Strong negotiation skills

**Benefits**
- Monday - Friday
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
