Gantiel is one of Australia’s largest importers, distributors and manufacturers of engineering plastic materials and components. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven person to join our customer service and sales team at our Wetherill Park office. We are currently looking for Full-Time and Part-Time applicants.

**Some of the duties and responsibilities of the position are**:

- Preparing and sending quotations to our customers
- Communicating with suppliers, obtaining lead times, cost prices and processing orders
- Following up on outstanding enquiries, projects and quotations
- Provide overall administrative support to Technical Sales Reps, Production and Customers
- Maintaining professional communication and creating long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers

- Good understanding of Microsoft products and data entry
- Good working knowledge of technical drawing
- Someone from machining or fabrication background will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Competent at basic mathematics
- A team player with an efficient and proactive approach
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Great team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
