**The Role**:
This position is a full-time Technical Customer Service opportunity that can be based from either of this employers sites Wetherill Park (NSW) or Brisbane (QLD) or Adelaide (SA).

You will be responsible for giving 1st class customer service support to internal and external customers.

As part of this role, you will also get involved in developing and fine-tuning training material to ensure all information is most updated.

If you have previously worked in the air-conditioning industry and have worked on the field. This is a great opportunity to utilise your technical knowledge in a technical customer service capacity.

Customer Service experience and Qualifications in Refrigeration &/or air-conditioning trade, ARCtick license and a supervisors or contractor’s license are essential.

**The positions main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Technical Customer Service to (Trade & Retail)
- Administration/Operations - Processing Orders & Service Requirements
- Processing returns & warranties
- Training & Development - Developing Training material, Training team members and keeping personal knowledge up to date with products
- Reporting - Preparing service reports for management and gather information for product improvement

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous Customer Service experience working within the Air-Conditioning or Refrigeration Industry
- Previous Air-conditioning or refrigeration Field experience
- Excellent phone manner and customer service approach
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems and identify them
- Ability to deal with complex and technical information
