We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Member Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering excellent customer service to our members, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

As the Member Care Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our members and will be responsible for managing their inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with the rest of the team to resolve any issues and ensure a positive experience for our members.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a team of customer service representatives
- Responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving member issues and complaints
- Identifying and addressing trends and patterns in member feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall member experience

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
