**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all event details, including logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and event goals, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and function staff during the planning process and on event day.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the resort’s internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
- Monitor event space decor, layout, and setup to create an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
- Keep clients informed throughout the planning process with regular updates and check-ins.
- Ensure all necessary permits and paperwork are completed for events as needed.
Pay: $57,017.41 - $60,099.12 per year
