**About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to effectively undertake sourcing activities for low value ICT goods and services that support Metro North Health (MNH) in the delivery of business outcomes and in accordance with local and whole-of-Government policies and procedures.
About you
Ensure that ICT Hardware and Software procurement practices conform with relevant Legislation, Queensland Government, Departmental and MNH Policies, Processes and Procedures. This includes probity, accountability and transparency.
Perform all aspects of ICT procurement, management and reporting within the S4 financial system of all ICT hardware including capital assets and software across MNH as directed by the Principal Procurement and Contracts Officer (Technology). This includes account management, requisitioning, purchase order creation and invoice verification on behalf of operational areas.
Liaise with Vendors on a regular basis to ensure prices are accurate and to ensure optimal purchasing power on behalf of the customer base.
