**The role**:
You will be responsible for delivering ICT procurement and contract management services including:

- Providing high quality ICT procurement and contract advice
- Undertaking procurement and contract management planning activities
- Drafting procurement documentation including Sourcing Plans, Invitation to Offer (ITO), Evaluation Plans, Evaluation Reports, Briefing Notes
- Releasing and run tender processes through QTenders
- Drafting, developing and negotiating contracts for the purchase of ICT products and services using Queensland Information Technology Conditions (QITC) and other ICT contracting frameworks
- Maintaining databases including Forward Procurement Schedule (FPS) and QContracts with up-to-date procurement and contract data
- Providing high quality advice to clients in a relevant, timely and accurate manner.

Are you right for this role?
You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing contemporary procurement and contract management strategies, policies, and procedures particularly in the context of public sector ICT.
Furthermore, you will have the ability to develop options and strategies to resolve ICT procurement and contract management issues of moderate complexity.
