**What's on Offer?**

We know that successful off-price retailing requires a unique set of skills, so we are seeking a Logistics Specialist experienced in executing operational processes related to the flow of cargo through the international supply chain to Australia.

You will be responsible for execution of Origin Purchase Order management plans to ensure goods are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining visibility of flow and monitoring Freight Forwarder KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage flow of Purchase Orders through international stream
- Maintain visibility reporting and monitor KPIs for international operations
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the inbound supply chain
- Supporting internal TJX stakeholders with enquiries about TJX Australia logistics processes
- Liaise with and support service to freight forwarders
- Support with flow of POs through Offshore (origin storage) steam

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in International Logistics or Freight Forwarding
- Computer literate (Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with a positive, proactive approach.
- Displays initiative and personifies the TJX Companies core behaviours.
