**About the role**
You will drive and assist with the dispatch operations including loading, unloading and delivery of product. You will be a critical function for our customers, production and project staff.- Supervise, coach and train dispatch team members.
- Make sure all team members are trained and following SOPs for their respective jobs. Know what is expected for the shift. have the required equipment at the start of the shift (Forklift etc.)
- Load planning, delivery paperwork preparation, invoicing & KPI reporting
- Organise warehouse goods.
- Ensure that the dispatch and loading areas are clean, tidy, and safe.
**About your experience**
It's important that you are a customer and safety focused individual, who is keen to grow long-term with the company- Excellent ability to communicate openly with both internal & external customers
- Driven to effectively solve problems & create win-win situation (Lean methodology would be desired)
- Forklift ticket, First aid ticket and construction white card
- Proof of right to work in Australia and Current Driver Licence
- Can start immediately
