We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to provide critical support in coordinating the movement of all shipments in and out of the warehouse to our customers in an effective and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receipting all incoming shipments, reconciling e-invoices and assigning to physical invoices to ensure accurate stock levels
- Allocating stock to proper areas of the warehouse
- Management and fulfilment of consumables to online and retail.
- Preparing and assembling shipments including manifesting and loading the trucks
- Preparing the paperwork for pickup of each shipment, and liaising with carriers to ensure th volume of freight of approved for collection
- Using the forklift to load the trucks and shipping containers in compliance with our OH&S policy

About You

You’ll have prior experience in Dispatch role, with exposure to a warehousing environment, specially in dispatch and an understanding of OH&S requirements. You’ll have strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to take ownership and development an innovative approach to achieve results. You have intermediate MS Office skills and experiencing using transport management systems. You will have a current forklift licence, and a valid driver’s licence.
