**The Role**: Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a Sales Office Coordinator to join our team in Darra. In this role, you will manage the daily operation of the internal sales function within the branch, support the sales team, and ensure safety and quality compliance. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the daily operation of the internal sales function to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, account follow-up, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate sales office activities and ensure compliance with QA processes and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Coregas customers and business partners.
- Manage customer contracts and maintain customer levels.
- Participate in training and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Support internal and external auditing activities.

**About you**: You are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You have completed Year 12 and/or relevant TAFE courses, and you bring a wealth of experience with at least 2 years in a customer service/sales environment. Your strong administrative and organizational skills make you a key player in any team. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and business ERI systems and are committed to continuous learning and development, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge. You take pride in your work and are dedicated to achieving excellence in everything you do.
