We are recruiting a permanent fulltime **Sales Coordinator** to join our friendly and motivated Sales team, to be based at our head office in Northgate.

Reporting to the Head of Sales
- ANZ, this key role for our business effectiveness will provide Sales and Key Account administration to support our Sales Team achieve their objectives, as well as providing administration and coordination support to the Head of Sales, ANZ and the Head of Marketing, ANZ. **Key Responsibilities include;**
- Support onboarding of new sales and marketing staff with co-ordination of induction requirements
- Coordinate weekly Sales and Marketing team communications
- Book travel and events as required
- Update and prepare Executive Leadership Team and Sales Management Team presentation decks
- Complete Key Account promotional submissions forms & coordinate and update Key Accounts communication to our Field Staff
- Manage the integrity of the Sales/Marketing internal meeting calendar (cycle meetings, sales conference and management meetings)
- Manage the logistics of customer and external party facility tours and/or visits as required
- Effectively arrange and coordinate meetings with consideration to the timeliness, logistics and flexibility of the schedule and agenda; including where required Agenda development, minute and note taking and follow up actions
- Provide support to the People & Culture function for key Metagenics employee events conducted throughout the year to build engagement
- Manage the calendar of Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and other Executive where required
- Ensure accurate and timely lodging of expense claims on behalf of the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and other Executive where required

**Skills and experience**
- Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent (desired, not essential)
- Intermediate level capability in Microsoft Office Suit
- specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience working in a Sales Administration role (desired, not essential)
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business
