**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a passionate bar and cocktail professional to develop a fabulous reputation of unforgettable beverage creations that will raise eyebrows and tantalise taste buds. You will work with a team of dedicated bar staff, as you bring to life this new venue that is focused on providing an amazing experience for each and every one of our guests.

**About You**:

- You are naturally passionate, energetic and motivated and take great pride in your work
- An enormous passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Proven cocktail experience gained within high-end bars, hotels or hatted restaurants, with a desire to think outside the square
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
