**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of cocktail bartending experience, preferably in high volume or craft cocktail venues.
- **Agave, Spirits and Cocktail Knowledge**: Strong understanding of agave and other spirits, as well as classic and modern cocktails.
- **Speed & Efficiency**: Ability to work quickly and cleanly while maintaining high quality standards.
- **Customer Service**:Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
- **Teamwork**: Works well under pressure in a fast paced team environment.
- **POS**: Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately.
- **Adaptability**: Willing to learn new recipes, techniques, and menu changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
- Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
