An exciting opportunity has become available for an
**Assistant Bar Manager** to join one of Sydney's most iconic restaurants.

This is a hands-on role with focus on the management of the Bar space, upkeep and maintenance, and team development.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar/s or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High standard of grooming and personal presentation
