We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar & Cocktail Attendants to join our dynamic team.

These roles are ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in mixology. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons and delivering high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with flair and precision.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system.
  • Assist and engage with patrons, providing friendly and efficient service.
  • Assist in functions and event service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and guest experience.
  • Support TAB operations, providing assistance to patrons and ensuring compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificates are required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
