Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner In Australia, Chobani is building a people-centric business committed to delivering nutritious food and positive community impact.
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the business – from corporate roles through to manufacturing and operations.

In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, coaching and guiding them to make strong, inclusive hiring decisions while also taking a strategic view on future talent needs.
You'll help shape our recruitment capability by leveraging AI, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate how we attract and select talent.
Beyond filling roles, you'll build strong talent pipelines, support succession planning, and leverage market insights to position Chobani as an employer of choice.
You'll work cross-functionally to shape and roll out our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), helping us attract and retain top talent.
What you'll do Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the business – from corporate to manufacturing and operations.
Partner with leaders to coach and guide inclusive hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines; support succession planning and use market insights to position Chobani as an employer of choice.
Shape and implement the EVP in collaboration with cross-functional teams to attract and retain top talent.
Utilize technology, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate recruitment practices.
What we're looking for Significant Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments Strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment and attraction strategies A confident coach and influencer with a passion for inclusive hiring Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Digitally savvy, with an interest in leveraging tech and AI for better hiring A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation Location and working model: Based at our modern Dandenong South office, with a 3/2 hybrid working model, free parking, and loads of unlimited delicious Chobani yoghurt when you're onsite.
