**Position Overview**:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing your creativity and expertise to drive the client’s brand's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, you would be performing the following activities to support both the Brisbane and Gold Coast offices:

- Crafting high-quality communications for our clients, delivered through newsletters, brochures, advertising, client surveys, and social media platforms. Your ability to create effective and on-brand communications is crucial.
- Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to ensure their effectiveness and return on investment.
- Proactively assisting senior teams with overall marketing and business development efforts within the firm.
- Coordinating and executing elements of the marketing plan and strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
- Playing a hands-on role in organizing seminars and events, including tasks like setting up trade stands and compiling information packs, as well as attending these events.
- Managing, maintaining, and updating various marketing and business unit databases.
- Providing monthly KPI reports on leads and conversions.
- Creating internal communications, including newsletters, and maintaining the intranet platform.
- Collaborating with different divisions within the firm to develop tailored marketing plans and initiatives that align with their production goals and the overall firm-wide marketing strategy.
- Ensuring that these initiatives stay within the allocated marketing budget, in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Assisting senior team members with client proposals and tenders when necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party providers such as promotional merchandise suppliers, digital agencies, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating activities and collaboration with other offices across Australia and New Zealand as part of the national marketing plan.
- Attending national marketing meetings, which may require interstate travel.

To be eligible for this role, it is preferable that you possess the following qualifications, experiences, and attributes:

- Hold a degree in Marketing/Communications.
- Have prior experience in a professional/corporate services environment.
- Demonstrate some experience in event management or planning.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail.
- Possess excellent administrative skills.
- Showcase outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MarTech, including familiarity with Marketo or similar EDM tools.
- Show practical experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop (graphic design expertise is not required).
- Possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and take initiative.
- Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Execute tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle multitasking effectively, even when faced with multiple concurrent deadlines.
