**About the role**:
As the organisation continues to grow and lead the market in their sector, an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Marketing Coordinator is now available to join their busy and collaborative team. In this hands-on role as Marketing Coordinator, you will work with an agile, high-performing team that is on an exciting journey to take their marketing program to the next level through a deep understanding of the customer.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Support the development and coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Support the Marketing Manager with planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, projects and initiative within budget and deadlines.
- Delivery within marketing strategy and plan, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Working with other members of the marketing team to integrate initiatives with other areas of marketing - communities, digital, brand and content.
- Manage external suppliers such as creative agencies and print suppliers.
- Continually search for ways to improve marketing initiatives to deliver stronger value proposition, leverage brand more effectively and achieve a stronger sales result across the portfolio.

**About you**
- Minimum 3 + years’ experience in a similar role within marketing
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience in consumer marketing desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and manage tasks successfully but also the ability to work in a team and take lead from others if needed.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
