Marketing Coordinator Role

The successful Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the marketing team, contributing to the development of engaging content, brand management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

About The Job
  • Publish approved content on agency websites in line with established style guidelines.
  • Drive social media functions, including leading weekly meetings to identify, discuss, and plan upcoming content aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Draft engaging social media content and manage approvals and consent.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Oversee online brand templating platforms and ensure the creation of on-brand materials.
  • Provide administrative support to business areas, including phone and email assistance.
  • Organise events and trade shows, including logistics and display coordination.
  • Manage invoices and maintain brand guidelines for consistent visual and written messaging.
About You
  • Relevant qualification or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Organised and proactive with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A team player with willingness to learn and contribute to a values-led workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Content creation, brand management, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, administration, and budget management.
