**The Company.**

SC People is recruiting passionate and driven telesales consultants for our clients in the Real Estate and sales/marketing industry. In these positions you will have comprehensive
**training and support** from the leadership team.
This is your opportunity to expand your sales career through premium marketing and continued support and coaching from an experienced team.

**The Opportunity.**

The role will include:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Exceeding KPI's and sales targets regarding outbound calls and prospecting outlines
- Opportunity for continuous career development and training in a supportive environment

**About You.**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a telesales or sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
