**About the role**

Based in Burwood and reporting to our Head of Operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your Client and Staff Management skills.

As a Business Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and staff. The role includes maintaining strong business relationships whilst leading and developing teams across multiple sites. You will also oversee workforce planning, training, compliance, and recruitment within your portfolio of clients.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and maintaining business relationships
- Contract management experience in the security industry
- Experience in leading, coaching, managing, and developing large teams across multiple sites
- Experience in budgeting and costing
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of TrackTik, and Guardhouse or Deputy is desirable

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
