**Allied Security seek an experienced Security Operations Manager.**

The role is focused on leading the Allied Security Australian Manned Operations and will included direct client facing with direct communications with our client management and executive team.

This newly created leadership role is off the back of current and future pipeline growth.

The role requires regular meetings with clients and key representatives ensuring that Allied Security is continually improving our Service Delivery and meeting the expectation of our client base.

- Be highly IT literate and experienced on all Microsoft products
- Be professionally presented

- Strategic Planning
- Leadership and motivational skills a must
- Experience in Business Development and Sales would be a bonus

**The Role requires the successful applicant to**:

- Have significant prior experience in operational/contract management
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer
- Full and clear driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Lead the security team across each site
- Manage rosters of staff and ensure all sites are manned and supported
- Display ability to prioritise and organise work independently and autonomously
- Display an excellent attitude
- Display ability to remain agile and adapt to the changing needs of internal and external customers
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display great time management and self-motivation
- Be prepared to take ownership of issues and see them through to an outcome that is positive for all parties
- Be a team player with the drive to help the business achieve our goals.
- Liaise with all site management and ensure regularly and timely reporting is maintained
- Ensure digital and GPS reporting is maintained
- Maintain uniform and presentation standards
- Set the example and lead the team in professional service delivery
- Understanding of rostering and staff management systems

The successful applicant will be managing all Allied Security Manned and Patrol team members with operational support members to assist

Client management skills must be excellent as this role has a high service delivery and client facing focus.

This role will suit a person wishing to expand their skill set and add significant value to a company focused on excellence and client service delivery.

It would also be ideal for a senior manager wanting to have more autonomy and decision making without a heavy corporate structure supressing innovation

The role is based in our Melbourne Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
