**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Independents - Retail & On-Premise ANZ, Penfolds is seeking a driven and strategic **National Account Manager - VIC & National On-Premise Customers**to lead the charge in one of our most critical growth channels. This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in building strong customer relationships, executing high-impact sales strategies, and driving premium brand visibility in the on-premise space.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Strategic Account Management**: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Victorian and national on-premise accounts, including hotel groups, casinos, and restaurant groups.
- **Commercial Execution**: Develop and negotiate tailored business plans with key customers and wholesalers, ensuring alignment with Penfolds’ luxury positioning and commercial objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a Key Account Manager, fostering a culture of high performance through coaching, in-field development, and capability building.
- **Brand Visibility & Growth**: Drive distribution, visibility, and consumer engagement across priority venues, ensuring Penfolds is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
- **Investment & ROI Management**: Manage promotional budgets, discounts, and rebates with a focus on long-term, sustainable return on investment.
- **Market Intelligence**: Provide insights and trends to internal stakeholders, helping shape future strategy and execution plans.
- **Agile Strategy Execution**: Adapt and pivot plans in response to evolving consumer preferences and market dynamics, maintaining momentum and relevance.
