In the role of **Associate Director**, you will join **CME Property team** that’s doubling down on **customer obsession**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Assist in making capital and portfolio decisions to benefit customers, C&IB, and NAB
- Lead deal structuring and documentation negotiations in collaboration with Client Coverage, Credit Risk, and Legal
- Actively monitor and manage assigned portfolios, ensuring operational compliance
- Drive and embed quality, consistency, and continuous improvement practices in CME
- Contribute to the delivery of the C&IB and Corporate Finance Plan

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Strong credit experience (specifically in Commercial Real Estate), financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of C&IB products, and ideally familiarity with APRA standards
- Broad C&IB product knowledge and industry insight
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is desirable.
