**THE ROLE**

Installation management support to all Origin Energy residential solar customers by providing a vital link in managing the end-to-end customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

- Work Management
- Customer Communications
- Escalations
- Contractor Management
- Data Entry
- Internal Stakeholder communications/ support
- Reviewing site inspection reports
- Scheduling work with relevant teams and areas
- Managing administrative tasks

**IS THIS YOU?**

You will also have:

- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or an operations environment
- Solar or home services Industry experience
- Complaint resolution skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong administration / data entry skills
- Time and task management
- Escalation / compliant resolution
- Tertiary qualification highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using Pronto, and Salesforce Opps Software would be advantageous, but not essential
