SkyEnergy is a growing solar solutions company based in Keysborough. We're a small business with a strong in-house team that is passionate about delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions to homes and businesses across Australia.

The Role

We're looking for a Solar Installations Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our solar installations run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll be the main point of contact for customers during the installation process and will also play an important role in expanding and supporting our nationwide installer network.

This position sits within our installations team, where each member specialises in different aspects of the process. Your focus will be on:

  • Coordinating and managing installation schedules.
  • Communicating with customers to keep them informed and supported.
  • Building, managing, and expanding our installer partner network across Australia.
  • Acting as the frontline contact for any customer issues related to installations.
  • Working closely with the internal team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
About You

You are a natural communicator and organiser who enjoys solving problems and building strong relationships. Ideally, you'll have experience in coordination, scheduling, or customer service, preferably within solar, renewables, or construction — but we're open to training the right person with the right attitude.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Able to build rapport with both customers and installer partners.
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet.
