**About The Role**

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Fairfield in a PT or Casual capacity. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required.
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
