Experienced Medical Receptionist Needed

This is a dynamic and challenging role with busy days and a wide and interesting range of tasks to complete across the day. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of exceptional Allied Health practitioners, in a collaborative, tight-knit administration team.

The role is a mix of medical administration and customer service supporting our practitioner team and our loyal patients in equal parts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Answering patient queries;
Checking in patients;
Liaising with healthcare providers;
Managing clinical documentation;

Fluent in reading and writing (English)
Arabic language is necessary
Please note that a minimum of one year work experience is required.

Strong organization and work flow management skills;
Confident communication style;
Strong IT skills and capacity to learn new multi-faceted IT systems

Hours and availability
We are currently recruiting for Fulltime position. Please outline your availability so we can review against the shifts we have available. We look forward to hearing from you

**Job Type**: Fulltime 28-38hrs per week Salary: $25-30 per hour based on experience

Current required days are;
Monday-Wednesday-Friday and Saturday (Tuesday and Thursdays are on call)
Permitted to work in Australia is a requirement.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
