**Receptionist Wanted for Busy Allied Health Clinic - Part time Monday and Saturday**

Are you a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual with a passion for helping others? We’re seeking a dedicated **Receptionist** to join our team at Dynamic Healthcare Fairfield, where we provide exceptional care to our patients and clients in the allied health field.

**About the Role**:
As the face and first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for patients. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for multiple practitioners
- Maintaining patient records and managing confidential information
- Processing payments and managing invoicing
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure seamless operations
- General administrative tasks as needed

**About You**:

- Previous reception or administrative experience (experience in health or allied health settings preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems (knowledge of medical software a plus)
- A friendly, patient-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail
- A team player who is flexible and willing to take initiative

Pay: $49,900.00 - $81,973.52 per year
